כֶּרֶם רְבָעִי, בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, אֵין לוֹ חֹמֶשׁ וְאֵין לוֹ בִעוּר. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים, יֶשׁ לוֹ. בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, יֶשׁ לוֹ פֶרֶט וְיֶשׁ לוֹ עוֹלְלוֹת, וְהָעֲנִיִּים פּוֹדִין לְעַצְמָן. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים, כֻּלּוֹ לַגָּת:
[Riguardo] Kerem Revai : Beit Shammai dice che non richiede un quinto in più [quando riscattato] e non richiede la rimozione. Beit Hillel dice di si. Beit Shammai afferma che richiede Peret [uva caduta donata ai poveri] e Olelot [uva che non cresce in grappoli e sono dati ai poveri], e che i poveri la riscattano da soli. Beit Hillel afferma che tutto va al torchio.

Second tithe: one may not sell it, use it as a pledge, exchange it, or use it as a weight. One may not say to his friend [even] in Jerusalem: “Here is [second tithe] wine, give me [in exchange] oil, and the same with all other produce. But people may give it to one another as a free gift.
